Join the Foundation for Sustainable Forests for our 6th annual Loving the Land through Working Forests conference!

Friday, May 19, you can join Marshall Pecore, Manager of the Menominee Forest in Wisconsin for a woods walk from 12:30-4:30pm at FSF's Blooming Valley Forest near 16759 Price Rd. Blooming Valley, PA as we all share ideas and perspectives walking through a forest featuring various aged group selections and a variety of tree species and cohorts. The Blooming Valley Forest has been managed by FSF foresters since 1985 using a system of low intensity, high frequency thinnings and group openings. View the event flyer here.

Friday evening, join us for a Friends of the Foundation dinner featuring keynote speaker James Finley, PhD, the Ibberson Chair of Forest Resources at Pennsylvania State University and Director of the Center for Private Forests. Learn more here.
